- Add the coconut water and coconut milk to the blender first to help everything blend smoothly.
- Add the frozen banana, spinach, hemp hearts, date, matcha powder, cinnamon, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes silky smooth and evenly green in color.
- Pause and scrape down the sides if any spinach or hemp hearts stick to the blender jar.
- Blend again for a few seconds until the texture looks creamy and thick without visible chunks.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with an extra half date if desired.
- Pour into a chilled serving glass and enjoy immediately while cold and fresh.
