Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dragon fruit cubed (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add coconut milk to the blender first to help everything blend smoothly
  2. Place dragon fruit cubes, banana, and pineapple into the blender
  3. Add honey and lime juice for sweetness and a hint of brightness
  4. Drop in the ice cubes to create a chilled, thick texture
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture turns smooth and creamy with a vibrant pink color
  6. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again until silky
  7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately while cold and fresh
