Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz / 170 g each
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 30 ml
  • 3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning 30 g
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt 180 ml
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 15 ml
  • 1 clove garlic finely grated
  • ¼ tsp sea salt 1 g
  • ¼ tsp black pepper 1 g
  • ½ cup Persian cucumber finely diced (75 g)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure the topping adheres properly.
  3. Brush the top of each fillet lightly with olive oil to help the seasoning stick and create a crisp crust.
  4. Press everything bagel seasoning evenly onto the top of each salmon fillet, coating the surface generously.
  5. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an opaque pink center, about 12–15 minutes.
  6. While the salmon bakes, stir Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fold in the diced cucumber for a refreshing crunch and chill the sauce briefly in the refrigerator.
  8. Remove the salmon from the oven once the edges are lightly crisp and the topping is toasted and fragrant.
  9. Serve the warm salmon with a generous spoonful of the cool yogurt sauce on top or alongside.
