Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure the topping adheres properly.
- Brush the top of each fillet lightly with olive oil to help the seasoning stick and create a crisp crust.
- Press everything bagel seasoning evenly onto the top of each salmon fillet, coating the surface generously.
- Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an opaque pink center, about 12–15 minutes.
- While the salmon bakes, stir Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the diced cucumber for a refreshing crunch and chill the sauce briefly in the refrigerator.
- Remove the salmon from the oven once the edges are lightly crisp and the topping is toasted and fragrant.
- Serve the warm salmon with a generous spoonful of the cool yogurt sauce on top or alongside.
