Method

- Pause to scrape down the sides to ensure even blending
- Continue blending until the mixture looks glossy and thick
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container
- Smooth the top with a spatula for even freezing
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm but scoopable
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the best texture
- Scoop and enjoy the creamy, chilled consistency
