Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese 480 g
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 30 ml
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 ml

Method
 

  1. Add the cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy with no visible lumps
  3. Pause to scrape down the sides to ensure even blending
  4. Continue blending until the mixture looks glossy and thick
  5. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula for even freezing
  7. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm but scoopable
  8. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the best texture
  9. Scoop and enjoy the creamy, chilled consistency
