Like many people, I didn’t grow up as a “natural” cook. I learned through trial and error — overcooked pasta, under-seasoned soups, and plenty of “let’s just order takeout” nights. But somewhere along the way, cooking stopped feeling like a chore and started feeling like comfort.

How It Started
Daily Cooking Co began in my own kitchen — in between busy days, long to-do lists, and the constant question:
“What’s for dinner?”
I wanted meals that were:

- Affordable but still special
Not recipes that required 20 ingredients or fancy equipment. Just real food for real life.
